Bob: Taxes have not gone up for the average American. Contrary to the vile rants at the Tea Parties, taxes have gone down for Joe the Plumber since the beginning of the year. This has got to stop. I don't mean complaining about fatuous tax increases. We need to balance the budget and do it on the backs of the rich. Oh that might mean you and me....too bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
